My name is Jin, and my approach to counselling is holistic and strength-based. I am trained in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. As a Registered Psychotherapist, I am committed to providing respectful, compassionate, and inclusive care.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (Honours) from Yorkville University and a Master of Behavioural Analysis from Brock University

In my spare time, I enjoy walking, practicing hot yoga, mindfulness, and baking.
